At VELECO we want our customers to be completely happy with our products, so please let us know if you are not entirely happy with any of our products or services. For all customer service and return questions please call us on +44 (0)1273 728734 or email us at contact@veleco.cc If you are not completely happy with a product please return it with your VELECO invoice/receipt, completed returns note and the original packaging. We will replace the item or refund you, whichever you prefer and with no questions asked. Please note that we can only accept returns that have not been worn outside unless they are faulty.
